4. Confirm the terms. We will show you the tenure, the monthly instalment, any processing fee, and the total payable before you sign anything.

What to check before you commit

EMI is a genuinely useful tool, but the advertised monthly figure is not the whole picture. Three things are worth asking about explicitly.
